Tomato Sauce
Type of dish: Sauce.
Serves: 3-4.
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Difficulty: Easy.
Ingredients
1 tray LA FRUBENSE dried tomatoes
1 garlic clove
70 grams pitted black olives
15 grams salted capers
¼ spicy pepperoni
Pinch of Oregano
Salt
50 cc. olive oil
Preparation
Re-hydrate the tomatoes for an hour in warm water mix with 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Drain and crush with the garlic, pepperoni, olives, capers, oregano, salt and olive oil. If the dried tomatoes have been preserved in oil used directly.
